Pinnacle Investment Management Group buy-back and cancellation of shares
Pinnacle Investment Management Group (ASX:PNI) is undertaking an employee share scheme buy-back of 150,000 ordinary shares.
Buy-back and cancellation of the shares granted is under Pinnacle Omnibus Incentive Plan.
The Shares are presently held by former employee or employees who are no longer entitled to the Shares in accordance with the terms of the Plan.
This will be implemented on 18 September 2019.
Shares in Pinnacle Investment Management Group (ASX:PNI) are trading 0.89 per cent higher at $4.54.
