Sky Network Television Entertainment appoints new director
Sky Network Television (ASX:SKT) has today announced the appointment of Joan Withers to the board.
Joan has spent over 25 years working in the media industry, holding CEO positions at both Fairfax NZ and The Radio Network, and has corporate governance experience spanning 20 years.
Her current governance roles include Chair of The Warehouse Group, Chair of Mercury NZ and as a director of ANZ NZ.
Joan has been appointed by the Sky board to fill a casual vacancy, effective immediately. She will seek election from Sky shareholders at the AGM on 17 October.
Shares in Sky Network Television (ASX:SKT) closed 0.48 per cent higher at $1.06 yesterday.
