Bardoc Gold Limited $15 million capital raising
Bardoc Gold (ASX:BDC) is conducting a capital raising of up to $15 million to finance its exploration, development and growth strategy around its flagship Bardoc Gold Project.
The Project is near Kalgoorlie in Western Australia.
The Company has received firm commitments to raise $12 million from professional, sophisticated and other institutional investors through a share placement at 10 cents per share.
Participants in the placement will also be issued one free attaching option exercisable at 16 cents each for every 2 shares.
Bardoc will also raise funds though a share purchase plan to eligible shareholders on the same terms in order to raise up to an additional $3 million.
Shares in Bardoc Gold (ASX:BDC) are trading 4.6 per cent lower at 10 cents.
