Caltex Australia (ASX:CTX) confirms that it has received a takeover offer from EG Group to acquire the company's retail business for $3.9 billion.
19 Feb 2020 - The ASX dipped at the open and despite a slight rise around mid-morning trade, is now tracking fairly flat at 0.1% lower at noon. Domino’s (ASX:DMP) shares shot up today on the release of their half year results. Wisetech Global (ASX:WTC) shares are down over 20% after downgrading its guidance. Domino's Pizza (ASX:DMP) see global food sales increase by $151.3 million to $1.58 billion, that’s up 10.6% on the prior year.
19 Feb 2020 - Wistech Global (ASX:WTC) has reported net profit (NPATA) of $33.5 milion for 1HFY20 a rise of 22 per cent on the same time last year.
19 Feb 2020 - Stockland (ASX:SGP) has announced statutory profit rose 68.1 per cent to $504 million for the first half of 2020 when compared to the year earlier period. The rise comes on the back of $199 million of positive net revaluations.

Lottery company Tabcorp (ASX:TAH) has announced group revenue rose 4.4 per cent for the first half of 2020 and earnings (EBITDA) were up 2.1 per cent compared to the prior corresponding period.
