1300SMILES in discussions with Abano
1300SMILES (ASX:ONT) has commented on its interest in acquiring the Maven Dental Group from NZX listed Abano Healthcare Group Limited (NZX:ABA) confirming it is in confidential discussions with Abano.
The company is conducting due diligence investigations, the outcome of which is speculative.
Shareholders should note that there is no certainty that any agreement will be reached or that any transaction will eventuate from the current or any future discussions or diligence investigations.
A further announcement will be made if the negotiations are completed and result in a binding agreement.
Shares in 1300SMILES (ASX:ONT) are trading 0.8 per cent lower at $5.95.
